All items are lovingly handmade and checked before they are dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you do receive an item with a fault, please do contact us and we will organise a replacement or credit note. In this instance, you can return it to us within 5 days of purchase (in its original, unused condition). You will need to cover the return shipping costs.
Please be aware that any replacement may result in a different fabric design and will depend on fabrics available at that time.
